"MicroGrass brings a rare charm and quality to concerts in my opinion.  It it always a delight to work with prompt, professional musicians who are as attentive to their  business as they are to their art.  I believe them to be the  quintessential Colorado band: always fun, deeply talented, and invested in the health of their community."

MicroGrass is an Americana/Bluegrass band that has been performing in the Denver area since 2017.  We have played clubs to Farmer's Markets to major festivals, and we love it all.  We are pretty eclectic for an Americana band, with keys, blues harp, guitar, bass, banjo and various guests in the mix.

"Lincoln Town" recorded at Mousetrap Studio in Denver, Colorado.  "I'll Fix Your Flat Tire, Merle" recorded live at Swallow Hill Music opening for J2D2, courtesy of sound engineer extraordinarre Brian Hunter.  The banjo player (above pic) is Gordon Gano of Violent Femmes, who sits in with us now and then.  I'm singing lead vocal and playing bass, sitting down on the left, nursing a broken leg.  Audience was quite sympathetic.

Video below shot during Gaylord Street Memorial Day Celebration, Washington Park, Denver.  I'm on the left, white shirt, black Nike hat.
